A little after four months since its launch into the Indian domestic market, Deetlefs Stonecross Malbec has won the Best Wine paired with Fabelle Dark Chocolate Ganache in the India Wine Awards, 3rd Edition.
The awards have been organised and set up by Sonal Holland, India’s only MW. 320 wines from all over the World were entered and 56 wines were tasted for food pairings
The Deetlefs Stonecross Pinotage Rose also won a silver award.
Sujata Patil from Monika Enterprises who imports Stonecross and other Diverse Flavours wines into India was delighted by the win, which she said “confirms the strength of our South African wine portfolio and the opportunities that lie ahead”.
