Our Medium‑Sweet Merlot comes from the sun-warmed vineyards of the Western Cape, where the Benguela Current carries cooling sea breezes across the landscape. The mix of old and younger vines, low-yielding plots and a combination of dryland and lightly irrigated soils gives the grapes depth and balance.

For this Merlot, we select parcels that express both ripe fruit and elegance. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and handled with care to preserve the wine’s smooth texture, highlighting its approachable, fruit-forward character and bringing forward juicy plum and cherry flavours with subtle spice, resulting in a bright, lingering palate.
