At long last, I made it back to see my old colleagues and friends in Seoul, Korea.
Of course, we enjoyed some great food, lots of laughs and fantastic wines from Cederberg – the Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc! Two of the wines imported by Jin Baik, Mr. Yeon and KyungRyeol Park of WeMadd.
The Korean wine market experienced a boom over the last two years during the COVID-19 pandemic, but since the second quarter of 2023, there appears to be a slowdown and readjustment.
But plenty of room for quality South African wines to shine!
